BLÖSCH BLÖSCH,

  • The general risk assessment was extended to two important topics: A comprehensive risk analysis on the subject of human rights was prepared and the risks of violations of human rights for Blösch AG directly or indirectly (via any non-compliant suppliers) were analyzed and evaluated. Only minor risks were identified and no further measures are currently required. Furthermore, the general risk analysis was specifically extended to the supply chain for gold, silver and platinum metals; here, too, only minor risks were identified and no further measures had to be initiated.
  • In 2020/2021, Blösch AG further analyzed and reviewed its supply chain for gold, silver and platinum metals. For this purpose, Blösch AG has formulated and published a "Strategy for the Responsible Supplier Chain for Gold, Silver and Platinum Metals" and distributed it to the relevant suppliers. The suppliers have also signed an extended Code of Conduct, which contains additional requirements for auditing their own supply chain for gold, silver and platinum metals. In addition, information on suppliers was obtained in accordance with KYC regulations and due diligence was carried out in line with OECD requirements that is appropriate in relation to the risks. Again, only minor risks were identified and no further measures are required.
